Historical Information: Washi was born in a little village. When he turned 5 he gained some control over the wind. When he was found out his parents ostracized him and left him for dead. He wandered the countryside for days until he was taken in by an elderly couple who raised him until was 13. Then he entered the high school exams and got a passing grade.
Grade: Junior in high school

Likes: Washi likes candy, girls and he likes to study and train to get better control of his powers.
Dislikes: Washi doesn't like it when people make fun of him or treat him like he's nothing.
Habits: Washi will tend to just read or practice his powers.
Frustrations: What makes Washi mad is that when people treat him like he's not anybody.
General Personality Overview: Washi tends to be very protective of his friends and whatever family he finds. He is usually very friendly to everybody until they make him mad and then when he is mad he tends to try and control his temper.
Powers
Ability:Washi has the ability to control wind. He is able to create anything that has to do with wind.
Weakness: Washi's weakness is wood and any solid objects that can withstand powerful winds.
Weapons: Washi tends to use twin katanas or sai. Washi uses the sai to go up buildings so that he doesn't waste any energy controlling the winds.
Mastery: He is close to controlling his powers. But sometimes his powers will go out of control and create either a hurricane or a tornado.
