Historical Information: Rose T'Elder grew up on an Indian reservation since the age of 12. Her mother abandoned her to be a Loss vega's show girl and her father got devorced at 5 never to speak with Rose again. She grew up with her grandfather who was a medican man to the people that lived there. Though he has no speacial magick or Psi abilities Rose aparently gained shaman like talents.
Going to school didn't mix well with Rose. She was so intuned with the element that at point she was to distant and never learned how to handle other kids her own age. Once she found out about Requim High she applied quickly and transfer, hoping the change would help her gain the social skills she lacked.
Grade: Sophmore year.

Habits: She often becomes quiet and move away from people that socialize with her.

General Personality Overview: Because of her history she tends to run from anything that involves speaking. She will hide behind a corner just to listen to people and on the days she becomes brave enough she will attempt to sit down with complete strangers. She likes it when others take the lead.
If your lucky enough she will offer you her fav treat, the apple and she will listen if you tell her something. She likes to help solve problems and tends to leave notes in people lockers or bag to tell them what they should try doing.

She can call forth the for element to a degree. if she becomes over emotional her abilities tend to become to much. Weakness: You can weaken her if you either cause a very supersonic sound to happen or you telepathically invade her mind. It Cripples her.
Weapons: She can use a simple wooden staff and stones she carries around in a small medicinal pouch.
