Historical Information: Mitsukai is the daughter of the former director. She grew up in this school, went to school from the smallest grade and hasnt failed a year. She was kinda jealous of Akira when he was adopted since he could take over the school and not her. It drove her mad but she learned to deal with it. The day her father dies, she broke down. She wasnt the same anymore. Wouldn't eat for weeks and locked herself up in her room while life outside just went on. She lost all her friends because of this and finally, when the schoolyear what over she decided to come out and start from zero again, with help of her mother and adoption brother.

Likes: The nature, calm and quiet places and stuff like that.
Dislikes: Fire and loud noises.
Habits: Blushing a lot and also freezeing everything around her when she gets mad.
Frustrations: People that make the noise, try and take advantage over her or they to get too close to her. Also, she is jealous of the sister of Akira. She wished she was in her place so she wouldnt fear her adoption brother without reason.
General Personality Overview: She is a very lonely girl that doesnt know what to do with her emotions. This was only recently, when her father died, but it seems to get worse every day.

Ability: Mitsukai has the ability to controle water as she likes. She can change the flow and the speed of the water. She also can change the water into ice if she wants to, but that only happens when she get angry and loses controle.
Weakness: He weakness is fire, he adoption brother is the one who is most dangerous to her.
Weapons: She carries a reversed katana that she kinda wears more for pride then to protect herself.
Mastery: She is close to mastering her powers but doesnt have full controle over them yet.
